innanzitutto grazie per la tua risposta.

Cosa intendi per aggiungi il certificato al tuo "store"? quale "store"?

Questo è il flusso di lavoro che io ho in testa, ma probabilmente è 
qualcosa di sbagliato:

1. Nel mio pc, quello che utilizzo per lo sviluppo e la creazione del 
file EXE, utilizzo uno strumento (CertMgr ?, Signtool ??, o cosa????) 
per applicare il certificato al file EXE

2. Successivamente prendo il file EXE (ora certificato), e mediante 
FileZilla lo caricato nello spazio FTP del mio sito web.
