VB6 + access

Non riesco a cambiare il nome di un campo con l'istruzione:
DB.Execute "ALTER TABLE Clienti2 CHANGE Anno2 Anno3 Date"

Errore di sintassi nell'istruzione Alter Table.
Sto sbagliango qualcosa o forse con access non è possibile? Grazie
