Si, mi sono anche iscritto ed ho cercato a lungo.

Adesso ci ho riprovato e forse ho capito che la problematica
è molto più complessa di quel che credevo.

Mi spiego:

Nel caso del bonifico si parte da zero; cioè non esiste niente.
Tu, avendo tutte le informazioni necessarie, decidi di fare
un bonifico a qualcuno.
Quindi crei un file ascii con tutte le informazione e lo mandi
alla banca.
Fine.

Anche nel caso del pagamento delle riba fornitori tu conosci
tutte le informazioni, ma non si parte da zero.
La banca ha già una lista degli importi che, secondo lei, tu devi
pagare.
Quindi, sempre se ho ben capito, tu devi in qualche modo
collegarti a questa lista per confermare o meno le riba da pagare.
Il tutto però non è chiaro, almeno per me.
Si parla di file XML che non so trattare.
Credo che dovrò rinunciare.
