Nell' articolo scrivono :

Che ne pensi ? Meglio Pycharm che consigli ?

Scusa se sono un po' titubante pero', come ben sai, scegliere l' IDE 
piu' adatto a chi inizia, come me, potrebbe serre fondamentale x il 
proseguio..
