Details:
The groff build system is installing the Swedish man page using the
wrong path and file name:
usr/man/man7/groff_mmse.7
The file name and path needs to be:
usr/man/sv/man7/groff_mm.7
man(1) and mandb(8) depend upon the file's path for proper encoding
conversion and discovery.
The location is part of the FHS[1] and man-db[2] specifications.
