I'm planning to make some more commits before making a new release;
unfortunately due to lack of time I did not make any progress on the work I
was planning to do.

I'm closing the bug because it is a general question and there is no need to
create an issue for that, but please feel free to discuss this on the
groff@gnu.org list.
