Hmm, I thought it was included with MOM in Groff.  If not,
can be found on Peter Schaffter's web site.  Specifically,

    <http://www.schaffter.ca/mom/mom-05.html#install-font>

Check MOM's documentation (which IS part of Groff :-) ) for
an explanation of how to use the script.

Peter's site is also where you will find the very latest
version of MOM.  Since Groff updates much more slowly than
MOM does, it's a good idea to check in here every so often.
Peter usually announces a new version on this mailing list,
but I don't always see it.
