It appears that bash-4.4 pots are not yet submitted to TP, so maybe you
need to submit them first.

Additionally, the zh groups at TP seems to be dead, with only bots and
Jeff Bai sending the mails. zh_CN only has one project updated in 2015,
while zh_TW has three, and HK has zero. Bai and me have personally
decided to send TP a complaint if none of the CN and TW groups reply in
the end of the week.
