Il me semble avoir déjà rencontré ce problème, qui ne viendrait pas de
lightning mais de Nextcloud, avec un fichier .ics téléchargé sur un
site internet. Le fichier était assez volumineux et Nextcloud n'en
voulait pas. Comme seuls les évènements à venir m'intéressaient,
j'avais modifié le fichier .ics en supprimant les éléments passés et
j'avais réussi à l'importer.
Je ne sais pas si c'était un problème de taille de fichier ou
d'enregistrements non conformes dans le fichier.

Sans garantie aucune, j'essaierais de scinder le fichier .ics en
plusieurs parties en l'ouvrant avec un éditeur de texte et en important
chaque partie séparément.
