A case summary is needed for an application notice but files at Gov.UK are 
not consistent about case summaries. Is the following by me - based on 
Form PLO2 (04.08) plo2-eng.doc - good enough?

"Case Summary
Claim No. KB-2023-002906
de Glouceſter versus Lonergan and others

This process is about defamations; malicious falsehoods; misuses of 
private and confidential informations; breaches against confidence, 
data-protection legislation and the Communications Act 2003; harassment 
by publication; and intentional infliction of mental harm concealing 
torture and another crime against humanity (namely persecution); and 
murders happened because de these defamations; and Portugal tortured on 
behalf de a fraudster paid by UK taxes.

A judge falsely said on 14/07/2023 that this court cannot give remedies. 
Please set aside or vary that order.

which he did.
This 3rd defendant and a representative thereof don’t understand Gaelic.
