GMP DELIBERATELY RAPED ANDREW MALKINSON
Press and Edward Henry KC Need To Know.

Twenty years ago I was working for the GMP in a technical capacity, 
not as an officer.

The day after the ID Parade by chance I learned that the OIC, a 
senior inspector, well respected and feared, had hinted, out of the 
view and hearing of the defence solicitor, to the victim how she 
could make sure she identified the ''right'' person.

It was made clear that if she got this wrong, and she had only one 
chance at it by the law, the prosecution had to take the first words 
she used, the case would collapse, the identikit evidence being weak 
and they could not rely on what came back from the forensics. Then a 
dangerous rapist would escape and may be, rape or even kill other 
women. E.T.C.

One part was right, nothing of use did come back from the lab. We now 
know that was because it was not Malkinson who raped her!!

The victim was distraut and took the hint from the officer. I don't 
know exactly what the tipoff was, may have been clothing? Or not? May 
be she was also told not to look for the scar because they allowed 
makeup so as not to invalidate the ID parade? I don't blame her, at 
all. She was used by that sadistic brute of a copper, like she was 
being raped again by a police officer when she was entitled and 
expected to trust him.

My information was secondhand from someone who was actually present 
but thought the inspector was the dogs bollocks and always got his 
man and was very clever to have tricked the defence with telling the 
victim who to pick from the lineup, no interest if it was an innocent 
person.

I didn't agree, I thought that inspector, who was well known, was a 
violent untruthful bully with no regard for justice. Just for getting 
a conviction no matter what. He would stand up in court with a 
straight face and lie and lie and lie. He would collude with the CPS 
and hide information from the defence, as happened in Malkinson's 
case too, if not downright falsify it. With a clear conscience!! Like 
most senior officers at GMP, Perjury and Perverting Justice comes 
with the job.

There are so many corrupt and wicked liars and sadists in Greater 
Manchester Police it got much too much for me and I eventually quit. 
The GMP cannot be fixed. It is full of and run by criminals and the 
higher up one looks the more serious and prevalent the criminality. 
GMP needs a complete reset, even if it means a temporary local 
crimewave.

The inspector got promoted and retired long ago but I know FOR A FACT 
he is still alive. And I know who of his colleagues, also retired, 
knew what he'd done but kept silent. One person in the CPS too that I 
know of was in on the fit up. How many higher up knew or suspected 
but turned a blind eye I cannot swear to but definitely it was many.

I've taken a lot of precautions to stay anonymous, I hope this is 
enough but now its come out that Mr Malkinson is for sure innocent, I 
cannot bear the guilt of silence one day more.

I am seriously scared GMP will kill me to shut me up. When they bury 
bodies they do it literally. Some inside supports for the M6!! But 
getting this message out in the press is my best protection, because 
many others know what I know and were not corrupt themselves.

I am very truly sorry for Mr Malkinson and feel guilty every morning 
that I didn't file a complaint at the time. If I'd done so, I don't 
think they could have successfully fitted him up and they wouldn't 
have stolen all those years off his life. There really wasn't any 
other evidence except the eyewitness ones and the two old lags who 
were bribed into making their allegations. But I wouldn't be alive.

I am a religious person and I am sure that man and the majority of 
those in GMP will burn in HELLFIRE forever for what they did to Mr 
Malkinson and hundreds of other innocents they fitted up and 
crucified and wrecked. But I want this man to face EARTHLY JUSTICE 
too. He must get charged and convicted and they should throw the key 
away so the bastard rots in a tiny windowless cell for the rest of 
his evil life. The GMP ACC Sarah is a Karen, better than most at GMP 
but was promoted all the way to the top for all the usual invalid 
reasons and is not competent, strong nor honourable enough to clean 
up her Evil Force, or Gang more like it.
