=> 1/1 - 1/(1 + 1) > 0.
=> 1   - 1/(2    ) > 0.

oder:
n := 9.

=> 1/9  - 1/(9  + 1) > 0.
=> 0.11 - 1/(10    ) > 0.
=> 0.11 - 0.1        > 0  == 1/100 = 0.01.

   x % == 1/10
   x % == 0.1
