Die Zahlen sind korrekt. Aber die Aussage mit den 70dB Verlust wird falsch sein. Es ist nicht die Hälfte des dB-Wertes, sondern die Hälfte des Faktors. Der OPV muß jedenfalls einen Teil seiner Fähigkeiten dafür verwenden, den Serienwiderstand zu überwinden. Am Ausgang sind statt 80uV nun 500mV mit etwa 180⁰ Phase. Der dynamische Ausgangswiderstand verdoppelt sich. Das deutet darauf hin, daß etwa die Hälfte der Verstärkung 'verzehrt' wurde. Aber nicht 140dB/2=70db, sondern 140dB-6dB=134dB. Verstärkung * Bandbreite ist eine Konstante -> die Bandbreite verrringert sich auf 1/6250. Die Obergrenze also mit Sicherheit unter die Frequenz, auf der das Ganze zum Schwingen neigt. Ich habe mich nun etwas intensiver mit den Serienwiderständen
gegen schädliche Auswirkungen von kapazitiven Lasten befaßt:

Bis 100p..220p Last sind keine Maßnahmen nötig.
Ein Serienwiderstand _innerhalb_ der Gegenkopplung wirkt NICHT!
Oben diejenige Schaltungsversion, die recht optimal ist.
Ohne 33p muß Rso>=40..50 sein.
Rso ist ein Serienwiderstand *außerhalb* der Gegenkopplung.
Das ist genau die Maßnahme, die ich vor Wochen als Vorhaben nannte.
Sobald die Schaltung nicht mehr schwingt, verträgt sie jede
Kapazität, auch 10uF z.B.
Ich werde beim Layout entsprechend optionale Bauelemente vorsehen.
Auch doppelte Gegenkopplung.

Ich habe keine ltspice-Modelle für die von mir ausgesuchten OPVs. Folglich muß ich irgendeinen passenden LT8888 für die Simulation nehmen. Kapiert? Ich habe eine Simulation eines Grundlagen-Problems vorgenommen. Da muß man nicht genau den ausgesuchten OPV bei der Simulation nehmen. Das hast Du nicht begriffen. Den LT1028 nehme ich NUR die für die Simulation!
