Aber das ist weder hier noch anderswo alltäglich. Es gibt nicht "die Amerikaner", so wie es auch nicht "die Deutschen" oder "die Franzosen" etc gibt. Hier wie dort gibt es hauptsächlich anständige, nette, hilfsbereite Menschen. Und hier wie dort gibt es auch ausgesprochene Vollidioten ohne Anstand, ohne hinreichende Erziehung. Bisher habe ich noch überall nette und hilfsbereite Menschen gefunden, wie freilich auch weniger nette und gar agressive Zeitgenossen. Die gerade auch hier in der NG von manchen Postern immer wieder anzutreffende Typisierung der Art "gute Europäer", "böse Amis", "arme Inder", "raffgierige Asiaten" etc. gibt doch zumeist nur den bedauernswerten Zustand des Autors wieder und drückt aus, dass er nicht aus eigener Kenntnis sondern lediglich anhand eigener Vorurteile derlei unsinnige Ansichten zum Besten gibt MfG Rupert

Na, wenn du meinst. Dann ist wohl München Hbf (Volkers Beispiel) weder hier noch dort. :-/ Oder mein jüngstes Beispiel (hab'ich das hier nicht auch schon zum besten gegeben?) Germering. Da stehen die S-Bahn-Züge fahrplanmäßig immer ein Weilchen (muss wohl so 'ne "eingeplante Pufferzeit" gegen Verspätungen sein). Die Türen gehen automatisch wieder zu, wenn eine bestimmte Zeitlang keiner aus- oder eingestiegen ist. Ich sehe eine alte Frau da liegen, der die Tür vor der Nase zugegangen sein muss, helfe ihr also auf und 'rein. Einer der "Hilfsbereiten", die vorbeigingen: "Die kann doch mit dem nächsten Zug fahren." Die diesem Arschloch angemessene Antwort hab' ich mir verkniffen.

Aber sagen wir so: Ich bin annähernd täglich im Münchner Stadtverkehr mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs, Jahresfahrleistung sicher an die 3'000km allein deswegen und stelle fest, daß die Umgangsformen durchaus rauher geworden sind. Natürlich stechen die (trotz Allem noch eher wenigen) Arschgeigen immer besonders hervor, aber die Summe an Beleidigungen, Ignorantentum, Empathielosigkeit, Behinderung, Nötigungen, Gefährdung, usw. ist schon extrem. Aber sagen wir so: Obiger Text mit mit minimalsten Änderungen hätte ich jetzt auch über Radfahrer in der Innenstadt, vorzugsweise der autofreien, vorzugsweise einer Universitätsstadt anbringen können. Versus andere Radfahrer und insbesondere versus Fussgänger. Bsp: Du fährst zum Glück langsam auf einen Zebrastreifen zu. Da raketet ein Kampfradler aus einem Hinterhof direkt auf den Streifen. Mit Vollbremsung kannst du knapp den Crash vermeiden. "Kommentar" des andern Radlers: Pass doch auf du Arschloch. Bei rund einem Viertel der im Strassenverkehr getöteten Radfahrer ist keine Feindeinwirkung feststellbar. Du hast schon recht - irgendwie. Es gibt eine ganze Reihe solcher Spinner. Allerdings sollte man nicht vergessen, dass die meisten Radfahrer vernünftig sind und sich an die Regeln halten. Und leider gibt es auch hierzulande Richter, welche die Schuld stets beim Opfer zu verorten suchen, wenn der Täter ein Radfahrer ist. Es gab auch hier beispielsweise schon (vereinzelt) Urteile, welche tatsächlich einem Radfahrer Schadenersatz zuerkannten, der nachts ohne Licht auf dem linken Gehweg fahrend einem Autofahrer in die Quere kam, der im Schrittempo aus einer Einfahrt fuhr. Für die Moral der Verkehrsteilnehmer (aller Art) ist sowas natürlich ziemlich verhehrend. MfG Rupert

Im einen Fall verhält sich der Radfahrer falsch, im anderen die Fußgänger. Das gibt den jeweils anderen Verkehrsteilnehmern aber kein Recht, da reinzufahren. Hanno

Irgendwo steht da bestimmt in größeren Abständen auch ein Schild. "Farblich gekennzeichnet" träfe es schon ganz gut, wenn da noch unterscheidbare Farben zu erkennen wären. Eigentlich sieht man den Radweg und seine Kennzeichnung trotzdem noch gut -- nur sieht man zwischen vielen Menschen und mit Blick auf die Ampel gegenüber den Boden fast gar nicht mehr. Und als Fußgänger bewege ich mich nicht so umsichtig und konzentriert wie nahe der Höchstgeschwindigkeit auf der Autobahn. -- /¯\ No | Dipl.-Ing. F. Der Radfahrer hat in dieser Situation weder formal noch sonstwie recht. Es ist schlicht illegal, sich sein (vermeintliches) Recht erzwingen zu wollen. Auch wenn andere sich falsch verhalten, so darf man sie nicht einfach ignorieren und niedermangeln. Man hat Rücksicht zu nehmen, um eine Gefährdung anderer zu verhüten, bei Bedarf ist ggfls. die Geschwindigkeit zu verringern, notfalls ist zu halten! MfG Rupert
