Wobei inzwischen zum Glueck vieles zwischen Kanada, den USA und Europa harmonisiert ist. Jedenfalls fast. Wenn ich nach UL60601 entwickle, passt das fuer EN60601 recht gut. Das ist mal einer der Punkte, wo ich einen Vorteil in der EU sehe. Frueher musste fuer viele noch so kleine Laener wie etwa Norwegen ein eigenes Sueppchen gekocht werden. Was wir dann oft abgelehnt haben, wenn nicht ein entsprechend fetter Auftrag dahintersass und das konnten sie oft nicht stemmen. Die Kuppe war ein tschechischer Buerokrat, der eigens zwecks Normueberpruefung nach Kalifornien reiste. Meine russischen Labornetzteile haben es jedoch problemlos ins Land des Klassenfeindes geschafft.
