Das ist alles zu pauschal.
Eine reine Elektroheizung hat den Charme, dass sie absolut wartungsfrei 
ist und dadurch keinerlei Fixkosten verursacht. Keine Wartung des 
Gasbrenners, kein Kaminkehrer, keine Grundgebühr für die Gaslieferung.

Gas ist nicht überall verfügbar. Ölheizung hat wiederum großen 
Platzverlust im Keller zur Folge, sowie eben auch wieder Fixkosten 
(Wartung, Tankversicherung etc)

Und es kommt auch immer drauf an, wieviel geheizt wird. In der 
Übergangszeit (die jetzt Ende Februar beginnt) reicht ggf. schon die 
reine Anwesenheit von Personen sowie deren Tätigkeiten (computern, 
kochen...) um eine gewisse Temperatur im Wohnbereich zu halten.

Warmwasser ist eine andere Baustelle.

auch das ist zu pauschal. Vom Wohnungsmangel in Großstädten hast du 
schonmal was mitbekommen? Man kann sich nicht alle Dinge im Leben 
raussuchen.
