Ich hatte für das Privat-Projekt eine LL103 genommen.
Die RTC hatte eine Stromaufnahme von 1 µA.
Die LL103 hat dabei einen Abfall von 50 mV.
Das finde ich optimal.
Was soll ich mit einer normalen Doppeldiode?
