Selbstverständlich funktioniert das bei mir (seit 2015)
unter Win10Pro mit LTspice17, mit ALT und Thermometer.

Zum Beweis:
.meas TRAN p139 RMS V(O139)*Ic(Q1)+V(N001)*Ib(Q1)
.meas TRAN p441 RMS V(O441)*Ic(Q2)+V(N002)*Ib(Q2)
.meas TRAN pfet RMS V(Ofet)*Ix(M1:D)+V(N003)*Ix(M1:G)

Ich habe die Graphen-Formeln hinter RMS damit generieren lassen.
