Richtig, das habe ich auch nicht behauptet (`mit`).

Eine Eigenschaft des Meßgerätes ist jedoch, bis zu welchem
Crest-Faktor des Signals Einflüsse definiert sind.
Ein Meßgerät `kann` folglich einen bestimmten Crest-Faktor.
