Ich habe mir das reichelt-teil nicht angesheen, aber:

Üblicherweise kommen 230V ins EVG hinein und dort sollte es zwei jeweils 
zweipolige Ausgänge geben. An je einen Ausgang klemmst Du je eine Fassung 
der Leuchte an. Die alte Drossel und den Starter samt Fassung baust Du aus.
