Beschreib lieber erst mal Dein eigentliches Problem.
- Kommen aus Deiner Audio-Schaltung Störgeräusche, von denen Du glaubst, 
dass sie durch Spannungseinbrüche auf den 5V herrühren?

oder

- Sind die Spannungseinbrüche so tief, dass Deine Audio-Schaltung gar 
nicht funktioniert?

oder

- glaubst Du nur, dass das ein Problem sein könnte und willst dem vorbauen?

Übliche Audio-Schaltunge können tiefe Frequenzen auf der Versorgung sehr 
gut selbst ausfiltern/ausregeln, höhere Frequenzen aber nicht. 
Vielleicht musst Du die 5V nur so filtern, dass alles über z.B. 200Hz 
nicht durchkommt. Dann hält sich der Bauteilaufwand nämlich arg in Grenzen.

Das HF-Zeug vom DCDC der Powerbank oder des Raspberrys kann aber auch 
übel sein und koppelt über verschiedene Wege ein. Da hilft nur ein 
einfaches Tiefpassfilter meist nicht, auch nicht eines mit 0,00001Hz 
Grenzfrequenz.
