dass sich die Schaltschwelle durch normale Drift/Alterung o.ä. soweit 
verschoben haben soll, ist schon merkwürdig.

Beim Vergleich der Bilder fällt auf, dass im Sinus an Pin 2 eine Drift 
überlagert ist. Bleibt denn ein einmal einjustierter Wert auch stabil? 
Auch bei mechanischer Bewegung oder Kältespray? Vielleicht solltest Du 
Dir doch noch einmal die DC-Arbeitspunkteinstellung des vorgelagerten 
Q10 ansehen?
