Hi Leute, bei vielen diskreten Bauteilen von Nexperia ist in der Bestellnummer hintendran noch ne 115 dabei. z.B. hier: https://www.nexperia.com/products/diodes/automotive-diodes/automotive-zener-diodes/BZX384-B8V2.html Unter "orderable part number" schauen. Hat jemand ne Ahnung, was das bedeutet? -- Michael
