Hast Du das Readme gelesen?

Das Plugin benötigt ein funktionierendes Python und einen
Verweis in der globalen PATH Variable dorthin, z.B.
PATH=C:\Windows;C:\Windows\System32...blabla....;C:\Python27
(Unter Open System Properties... Advanced system settings...
Environment Variables...)

Den formatierten Text kopiert es dann mir mit Ctrl+r

Wenn Du nicht basteln wills gibt es z.B Seiten wie
z.B. <https://tohtml.com> wo Du extern aus Plaintext syntax
gehighlighteten RTF oder HTML erzeugen lassen kannst.
