Die Leute mit Covid-19 verrecken typischerweise daran, daß sie nicht 
mehr atmen können. Kurzatmigkeit: COVID-19 manchmal (das sind die mit 
den Problemen), Grippe nein.

Ich denk aber, daß Rolf eher die Lungenveränderungen meint, die auf 
bildgebenden Verfahren sehr offensichtlich sind. Selbst bei geringen 
oder gar keinen Symptomen.
