Plastik, QFN-20. Da ich nicht das Equipment habe, um sicher mit
giftiger, ätzender, kochender Chemie zu decappen, verwende ich eine

Nachteil: keine 100%-ige Erfolgsgarantie. Manchmal bleiben Reste des
Packages zurück und wenn man unvorsichtig ist, bricht das Die. Ich
schätze, es klappt in 2/3 der Fälle.
