Oder einen Bluetooth Audio Receiver ranhaengen. Der sollte aber einen 
kleinen Laengsregler bekommen, der am AUX-Stromkreis haengt, damit man 
keine kleinen Batterien dafuer braucht. So reduziert sich das auf eine 
Strippe und auch nur, wenn das Telefon geladen werden muss. Beim 
Abspielen von Musik und nur wenigen kurzen Anrufen haelt der Akku in 
meinem Samsung Galaxy J3 laenger als einen Tag durch.
