Hallo Tonino,

ich halte das meistens so, dass ich auf Mailinglisten mindestens eine einzeilige Anrede und Grußformel verwende, weil man damit einerseits besser (oder auch überhaupt erst) ausdrückt, wen man gezielt anspricht, und weil man dort in der Regel mehrere Sätze (also drei und mehr) von sich gibt, wie man es aus dem vordigitalen Zeitalter noch kennt (soweit das noch der Fall ist).

In Messenger- und Chat-Programmen reduziere ich das zu "Hi" und wenig mehr, wenn man selbst erstmals was von sich gibt, und dann lasse ich auch das weg, einfach, weil man dort in der Regel nicht mehr als ein bis zwei Sätze am Stück schreibt.
