Hallo, liebe Python-Kollegen,

wie vielleicht bisher nur Wenigen bekannt ist, die Informatik Ist unvollkommen! 
Es fehlen essentielle Bereiche:

1.  Höhere Zahlensysteme - z.B: zur Basis 4096 - sind noch nicht erforscht,
2.  Das Codepage-Verfahren ist unvollständig - z.B: alle Unicode-Zeichen 
     bilden eine einheitliche Codepage und können direkt angesprochen werden,,  
3.  Die Zeichenkodierung ist unvollkommen - z.B:.alle Unicode-Zeichen bis 
     <point>65536 können mit 2 Byte (d.h. 16 Bit) kodiert werden und 
4.  die vorstehenden Schritte hätten beachtliche Kostenersparnisse zur Folge,
     vor allem für fernöstliche IT-Bereiche (japanisch, chinesisch).
 
Der angehängte Ordner „Codepage-Technik“ enthält die Einzelheiten.
