[Python-de] Fwd: Codepage-Methode und Basis 4096

Hallo, sehr geehrter Herr Büchel,

die Datei “binfolge.bin” kommt zum beispielsweise als Anhang zu einer e-mail
ins Internet. Weitere Möglichkeiten müssen noch entwickelt werden.
Im Übrigen ist alles was ich hier zur Diskussion stelle noch
keine Wirklichkeit, sondern nur mögliche Zusammenhänge.!
Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden.
