I have not, but I'm currently in the market. They also have a
non-backlight but wireless incarnation of same:

That's interesting too. I'm not really insisting on wireless - but the
fact that theirs is Bluetooth wireless is definitely a bonus. Don't
need backlighting either.

Thanks.

Meh. If I wanted a wired keyboard, I'd still be using Apple's.

I prefer the tactile feel and low noise of Apple's keyboards.

Ditto. I just wish they would make a blue tooth with the num-pad.

I use the number pad with Logic, where it simply isn't possible to
reroute things with macros and such. I got one of the Newer Tech
Keypads:

	http://tinyurl.com/hem7n7y

I don't remember the price being so high, but it works great and has a
little gizmo (that I don't use), which will let it actually connect to
the keyboard.

I don't yet have an outboard Apple Magic Keyboard, but assume I'll be
buying one as I'm worried about my dependency on the Logitech keyboard
I've used for so many years. When I tote my MacBook Pro, that fn key
drives me nuts and screws up all my hotkeys/macros using
ctl/command/option--which are quite numerous. Then when I acclimate, I
come home to my Logitech and am screwed up on that for a couple of days.

I even dug out the BT keyboard that came with this Mac (no num pad which
I need). But it feels so small and the lack of a palm rest just screws
me up. (Although at work I use the Apple wired KB without too much
discomfort).

This Logitech keyboard has a couple keys that are sticking on the down
stroke slightly and it really throws me off... KB is ca. 2008.

The BT versions of the Azio (first link above) is available on Amazon...
just might get it this week.

Precisely my issues with it. But I've come to the conclusion tht it's
just a matter of acclimation. It getter be...

the 1st link shows a wired keyboard. When I just looked at Amazon, wired
and Bluetooth were out of stock:

They are in stock on Amazon.ca from a 3rd party supplier.

You can configure that:

No: It's literally the key labeled "fn" at the bottom left of the
keyboard next to the ctl key. It lines up with the shift key. Surely
it's better I get two keyboards similarly configured with 4 keys to the
left of the space bar. I don't like the keyboad that much, but in a
week or two I'll doubtless forget about it all and acclimate to its
usage.

Ah, you were talking about muscle memory. Got it.

Can't stand Apple's chicklet keys.

I love 'em. I type faster on Apple keyboards than most others, and with
less noise and less effort. Win win! : )

My error rate on Apple chicklet boards is higher. Lose.

So was mine at first. Now I'm faster on it than any other keyboard. Win.

I gave it a couple months back when I got my first iMac. Never liked
it. Prefered my wireless Logitech at work so bought one for home.

Still faster on my sticky key, noisy old Logitech than any other KB.
Why I'm being careful about buying a new one. I'd get Logitech again,
or hp (great keyboards) or possibly the Azio.
