*The concept of _portable private storage_ is completely foreign to iKooks.*
1. Homescreen folder APKs are stored on a common sdcard for _all_ phones.

2. When downloading (not on Google Play) the APK is saved to the sdcard.

3. And when installing (from Google Play) the APK is saved to the sdcard.

All APKs are organized on portable sdcard the same way they're installed.
{time,telecom,buy,file,net,web,nature,map,pic,audio,vid,todo,editor,etc.}
It's the same way I keep my Windows hierarchy extremely well organized:
<https://i.postimg.cc/D0J1tgDZ/windows-tweak.jpg>
a. All program installers get saved in the same hierarchy for all PCs
C:\installers\{archiver,browser,cleaner,databases,editor,finance,game,etc.}
b. They are installed into the same application hierarchy for all PCs
C:\apps\{archiver,browser,cleaner,databases,editor,finance,game,etc.}
c. And the menus are maintained to perfectly match the same hierarchy.
C:\menus\{archiver,browser,cleaner,databases,editor,finance,game,etc.}
As with Android homescreen folders, the Windows menus are exact copies from
WinXP days (with some improvements over time). The _exact_ menus mind you.
This kind of efficiency is impossible with Apple because of lack of choice.
*All devices get the _same_ installation files (no matter who owns them!)*
Even the dozen web browsers are all organized efficiently by type:

Oh, wait, browser _choice_ is something you iKooks can't comprehend existing
<https://i.postimg.cc/Mpwvz1pF/browser09.jpg>
Such _choice_ is _impossible_ for you - which is why you don't understand.
*The basic human concept of _choice_ is completely foreign to iKooks.*
In summary, every year APple inexorably decontents iPhones so that you lose
yet another _choice_ (which pushes you forever into purchasing it back).
