One of the man advantages to pirated DVDs is they do not have zones. In
fact, very few DVDs produced outside the US have a zone set other than 0
unless they are DVDs made by Hollywood.

I have bought quite a lot of DVDs from the UK that were "Region 0"
(Danger Mouse, Wallace and Gromit, and Coupling as I recall).
