Maybe 6 colours is 1% better, but not worth it.

No it isn't, I buy my ink by the litre in big bottles.  Even if you're stupid enough to buy little 10ml cartridges, you can pay as much as £20 for a genuine cartridge, and as little as £2 for a fake one.

Stop evading the question.  Why would light cyan + black be different to dark cyan?
