Quotation marks are used in a few different ways and one of them is to 
indicate that something is being repeated that may not be literally so.

People have referred to the iMacs that Apple has promised as "iMac Pro", 
so it is appropriate for him to use quotation marks around the term.

And if they are to be delivered in the fall, then Apple certainly has 
prototypes of those systems that DO exist.
