He's just trolling. > He's just irritated that the old BSD way of using system directories aren't the same in OS X. EX: /usr/lib/X11 or /usr/include. There is no rule in the UNIX specs that says it has to be this way. It's his ignorance and preconceived biases that get in his way. OTW, he can't adapt to something new. When Linux first came out, it's purpose was to provide a free way to learn UNIX which used the BSD way of doing things. It has never changed. With OS X, Apple rearranged where the system files are put. And also where the developer files go. Nothing hard about it. On Solaris, using his idea of where X11 files should be found, he'd scream it's a piece of crap because Sun put the X11 libs and includes in a more obscure place one wouldn't think of putting them. Of course one wonders if he really is a programmer or just making things up as he goes. He's already been caught in some really simple concepts that he has blundered into. -- When told the reason for daylight savings time the Old Indian said, "Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket."
