Oh, the ABSOLUTE challenge.  I cringe.... not.

Apple are not in the business of gathering data for re-sale.  They sell 
computers, devices and services that include very high data protections.

They are far more trustworthy than the likes of Google, FB, etc. because 
they are not making the user the product.
