Well, it was trhe first times with a Genius Bar appointment. Is it
always that long? It was on a Friday at 2:30 PM PDT.

Yeah, let's wait to be sure the MBP is good before doing that. I wonder
if Apple repair would install v10.11 (El Capitan) if the tech replaced
the HDD (would take 3-5 business days compared to 15 minutes =P).
