Apple and Apple alone decides what is or is not in the WebKit code (within
the law, of course... they cannot use someone else's code and put it there
without permission!)

The fact you do not know this says a lot about your ignorance of basic open
source licenses.

Google can do this with Blink but they CANNOT alter what is in WebKit. They
can offer suggestions but it is Apple and Apple alone who decides. Not you.
