It's probably best not to do multiple separate copy tasks at the same
time. Either wait for one to finish before starting the next, or do
them in one copy task.

It's probably a bit of a pain to use for simple copying of files and I
don't know if it still works under newer versions of Mac OS X, but
Synchronize! Pro X is a good app for syncing files and much faster than
the Finder's copying.
