Running Airport Utility 6.3.4 with an 802.11 Airport Extreme (the most
recent model before the ac model came out).  Click on the Airport
Extreme, and you'll get a popup with information about the device plus
a list of wireless clients.  Click on a wireless client, and you'll see
another popup with information, including the MAC address, of that
client.  You can then scroll among the clients, without having to click
again, to see the information about the other clients.
