How many they sell is completely different to idiotic "market share".

Apple has never been interested in chasing "market share" - they're
simply interested in making good quality products, easy to use
products, etc. - that's their methodology / philosophy, and has been
since day one with Jobs and Woz (well, Woz anyway, Jobs was originally
a greedy money-grubber, but changed later). That's what most people,
especially greedy "big business" management morons, simply can't
understand.

If Apple was interested in silly "market share", they could easily
lower the prices and rack up more sales and increase their market share
... these days they could almost give away devices for free and make
money solely from the App Store sales.

It's no different to Ferrari. They sell relatively few cars every year
and have virtually no market share, and aren't interested in the el
cheapo market, but are still one of the most desirable brands.
