Ah, that helps a lot.  The only reason I'm interested in dual-band is 
that I have older macs using 802.11b and it was my understanding that 
when using one channel, speeds for all devices would be slowed down to 
the lowest level used by any one device on the network.  Sounds like 
I'll be looking for an Airport Extreme base.  Thanks.
