Mayhaps you forget about printed manuals - do they still make those? ;)
Especially useful for RPGs, back in the day at least.

I'd put printed manuals at +$10.05 (assuming they are the thick and
leafy 200+ page type) I'm also a sucker for cloth maps and other stuff
- I purchased all the IE games in their original fat boxes, despite the
cheaper re-releases with no extras included.
