Yeah, a 2764 won't work for BASIC.  You'll need 68764 or the like or, as 
mentioned in another reply, buy a BASIC ROM from Best.  If you don't find 
what you need, I can burn you whatever rev you want onto a 68764 and send 
it at cost.

Apparently Rick's not the only one who hasn't moved away from eprom...
