Spartados 4.46 how to read hard drive in Atari800Win?

I am running Atari800Win under Windows 8.1. How to I access the hard 
drive (under the emulator) from the command-line in Spartados 4.46? I 
can access it from Basic as drive "H1:", but "H:", "H1:", and "HDD:" all 
fail from the Spartados command-line.
