Thanks for the link, Rich! This month marks one year that I've been
using that site to blog every Monday and Thursday about the Apple II.
I sometimes wonder if anyone's reading it, but it's been a rewarding
exercise nonetheless.

I read it the day it was posted here by Rich, does that count?

Well, I read all of the Apple II blogs (that I know of). At least once a
week, I go to A2Central, and click on all of the blog site links.

I know that it could seem like no one reads it when there aren't any
comments, but usually that's not the case.

I read it on Apr 2 and I was going to start a new post and wish you a
happy birthday, since i saw that your entries started last April but
this post beat me to the punch :)

It was a good read.

Your fan club would have started sooner or later

Thanks, Rob! I actually just queued my 100th blog post for next
Monday; with a lot of help from Google Analytics, it provides a
numbingly numerical analysis of one year of blogging about the Apple
II.

Nearly as depressing is the twenty unfinished blog posts I've
drafted. Sometimes, I know the subject, just not the spin. Other
times -- as likely everyone in this newsgroup can relate -- "real
life" gets in the way.

But I'm one month away from earning a master's degree in publishing,
and having a fun blog like this is an easy way to get me motivated to
write -- an energy that I then try to carry over to my more academic
pursuits. Otherwise, all my writing would be "required", and I'd
probably burn out on the activity altogether!

-Ken
