Done.  And moved to near the top of my Netsurf hotlist.

I appreciate Neil's point from last summer, that Twitter is useful 
when in the throes of fixing an outage:  engineers can post updates to 
Twitter using just a mobile phone.

Netsurf copes OK with the mobile version of Twitter:  
http://m.twitter.com/purleyhosting
(I have to confess I resist using Twitter for anything else.)

And Neil followed up my suggestion last summer and his stationery for 
routine emails and bills now reminds customers of these status links.

Netsurf also copes with the normal version of Twitter if you leave out
the !# bit:
