I think that their was a car in one of the Spanish speaking South
American countries that sold badly as it was called something along the

But it is sad when, for example, hotels in Germany think that they
should drop the bad from their names because it means something else
in American.

The thread has proved to be most interesting; I don't regret kicking
it off, but I'm still no closer to being sold on the idea of
installing 5.18 on my Iyo.
What I need is an 'Airfix guide'.
(Step 1, step 2, step 3 ..... etc.)
Did I miss one?

This means you need request 5.18 every time you boot else it defaults on time out to 5.16. step 4: when you are tired of choosing 5.18 every time, change the obey file to run 5.18 by default. You can then choose 5.16 if you need it. step 4 is as far as I have got. step 5: flashing the ROM, is a step too far for me at present. -- John - http://mug.riscos.org/

You really are remarkable Stuart. Not only do you know the precise location of every file on your hard drive but you can remember every birthday, anniversary, address and phone number you may need :-). > Draw-plus is a much used app and that too is now being maintained. Agreed, but how many users are dismissing that in the same off-hand manner that you dismiss Organizer and Locate. If we do not support our software writers they will take their talents elsewhere. In the case of Free/PD applications it only means taking the time to try the software. Who knows it may even be better than the stuff you are using at the moment. Regards Ron.
