Just to clarify......

Propan-2-ol is also known as Isopropyl Alcohol (abbr. IPA - not the beer!), 
Isopropanol & 2-propanol.

Mine is manufactured by Servisol & is available from Maplins in a one litre
can labelled IPA isopropanol & a 400ml spray container labelled IPA 170
Isopropyl Alcohol. 

Naptha refers to a range of hydrocarbons distilled from pitch or petroleum.
Apparently even the Persians & Greeks could do that (Clever bods). The Naptha
I use is a very light, clear fraction of the distillate that's sold to clean
oil & grease from brake linings. It seems to be inert to most plastics &
paints which makes it good for de-greasing. 

Clear as mud then!!!
